The Role

This exciting opportunity as Senior Vice President of Finance will allow you to drive our financial strategy, leading financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. You'll be responsible for managing project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with our growth goals. Additionally, you'll oversee funding processes, communicate effectively with our board, and collaborate with our leadership team to foster a financial culture that aligns with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Financial Planning and Forecasting: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets that support our strategic vision.
  • Manage Project Planning and Execution: Oversee financial operations, ensuring seamless integration with our growth initiatives.
  • Oversee Funding Processes: Identify opportunities, navigate negotiations, and communicate efforts effectively to the board.
  • Collaborate with Leadership Team: Support key decisions and foster a financial culture that reflects our mission and values.
Requirements
  • Experience: A seasoned finance professional with experience in senior roles within high-growth tech environments.
  • Fundraising and Scaling: Experienced in fundraising and scaling organizations, preferably in PaaS/SaaS or AI-related fields.
  • Financial Modeling: Skilled in financial modeling, comfortable turning data into insights that steer strategic decisions.
  • Leadership Skills: A self-starting, collaborative leader who values transparency, integrity, and accountability.
  • Culture Fit: Excited to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where innovation meets financial discipline.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive package, including an estimated salary range of €130K - €180K, with performance-based incentives. Additionally, you'll be eligible for our Stock Appreciation Rights (SAR) program, reflecting our shared success. Enjoy bi-annual fully paid 1-week company shutdowns and flexible work arrangements.
