About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Manager to join our team at felyx. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our moped fleet, including workshop outflow, transport operations, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily activities and assign jobs to team members based on operational requirements
  • Manage the workshop outflow, ensuring quality and quantity standards are met
  • Coordinate transport operations, including relocation of mopeds within the city
  • Ensure all repairs and maintenance schedules are performed on time
  • Manage the flow of transport between the service area and the workshop
  • Responsible for asset tracking, monitoring, and maintenance
  • Manage the inventory of parts, tools, and materials
  • Collaborate with the B2B management and mechanics in the workshop

Requirements

  • Experience in managing a workshop or fleet operations
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (native level)
  • Ability to work full-time
