Position Overview

We are in search of a committed and proactive Technical Support Specialist to enhance our service delivery to partners and their clients. In this pivotal role, you will facilitate the successful implementation and onboarding of our VONQ APIs and Widgets, ensuring that our software partners and their end-users experience a seamless transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Support: Provide assistance to software partners during the deployment of VONQ APIs and Widgets, offering technical advice and troubleshooting solutions.
  • Knowledge Base Development: Regularly update and manage our knowledge base to ensure that partners and customers have access to the latest and most relevant information.
  • Job Board Management: Maintain the accuracy and relevance of our job board inventory, ensuring comprehensive guidance is available.
  • Support Ticket Management: Efficiently address and resolve support tickets from partners, delivering timely and effective solutions.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist end-customers in their onboarding process with VONQ products, ensuring a smooth initiation of services.
  • Effective Communication: Foster strong relationships with a diverse audience, managing communications on behalf of our partners and their customers.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of APIs and Widgets, with the capability to troubleshoot and guide technical implementations.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, dedicated to providing outstanding customer support.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Ability to take initiative, analyze issues, and enhance processes to improve service quality.
  • Attention to Detail: Experience in maintaining and updating knowledge bases or similar documentation, with a focus on clarity and accessibility.
