Transform Customer Relationships in Financial Services

We're seeking a visionary IT Manager to spearhead our Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementation and lead our CRM transformation program, revolutionizing customer relationships in the financial services industry.

Your Mission

As our IT Manager Customer Service Solutions, you'll lead the charge in implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, establishing a Salesforce Center of Excellence, and orchestrating the IT side of our CRM transformation program.

  • Implement Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, transforming Sales, Onboarding, Service, and Offboarding processes
  • Establish and lead our Salesforce Center of Excellence, setting the gold standard for CRM best practices
  • Orchestrate the IT side of our CRM transformation program, ensuring seamless integration with business goals
  • Champion innovation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technological advancement
Your Day-to-Day Adventure
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate their needs into cutting-edge CRM solutions
  • Lead the implementation of IT Renewal projects, ensuring alignment with digital transformation goals
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams, nurturing the next generation of CRM experts
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners, negotiating contracts and SLAs
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources, tools, and technologies to meet ambitious goals

Your Profile

We're looking for a CRM expert with a heterogeneous background, at least 2 successful Salesforce programs under their belt, and a deep understanding of Salesforce technology.

  • A heterogeneous background spanning financial services and at least one other industry
  • At least 2 successful Salesforce programs under your belt
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce technology, including Financial Services Cloud or other Velocity verticalizations
  • Proficiency in both B2B and B2C segments across Sales, Onboarding & Origination, and Contact Center & Service
  • Experience integrating CRM with product administration systems and indirect sales channels
  • A track record of leading high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation
