About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to lead our Customer Service Solutions team at ABN Amro. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and managing our Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solution, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, ensuring seamless integration with our business goals
  • Establish and lead our Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE), setting the gold standard for CRM best practices
  • Orchestrate the IT side of our CRM transformation program, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, tools, and technologies
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate their needs into cutting-edge CRM solutions
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners, negotiating contracts and SLAs

Requirements
  • A heterogeneous background spanning financial services and at least one other industry
  • At least 2 successful Salesforce programs under your belt
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce technology, including Financial Services Cloud or other Velocity verticalizations
  • Proficiency in both B2B and B2C segments across Sales, Onboarding & Origination, and Contact Center & Service
  • Experience integrating CRM with product administration systems and indirect sales channels
  • A track record of leading high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation
