Job Title: Global Sustainability Business Development Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Sustainability Business Development Director to join our team at International Flavors & Fragrances. As a key member of our Nourish business, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sustainability strategy, driving business growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy aligned with our corporate goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Procurement, Corporate Sustainability, Sales, Marketing, and Communications teams to drive sustainability initiatives and business growth.
  • Lead the development of partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry partners.
  • Manage and execute the sustainability roadmap, including goals, KPIs, and resource allocation.
  • Communicate and promote our sustainability capabilities and value propositions to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, sustainability, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and sustainability initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience working with large business and global corporations at senior leadership levels.
