Job Title: Business Development Representative Cloud with Dutch

About the Role:

As a Business Development Representative Cloud, you will be responsible for selling the Cloud portfolio to existing and new customers. You will work closely with the local and EMEA Cloud teams and our partners to identify and close opportunities. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, with a sales aspect and a passion for IT-services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Arrow Account Managers and Account Directors to identify key reseller partners with good potential to develop sales of the vendor's products and services.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure they have the necessary tools to realize their sales potential.
  • Execute successful business plans with reseller partners, focusing on distribution managed and mid-market partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the vendor and within the channel customer base.
  • Identify new partners and engage and enable them to drive incremental sales.
  • Support and drive activity around campaigns and projects to target specific go-to-market messaging.
  • Provide regular and accurate forecasting of opportunities, providing intel for both short and long-term deals.
  • Maximize margin opportunity by focusing on partners and targets where margin potential is greater.
  • Identify sales scenarios and opportunities to develop business to meet and exceed targets.
  • Enable partners by providing regular sales training and facilitating the delivery of technical training.
  • Gain a high-profile and trust within the partner base to ensure Arrow is brought in on larger projects.


Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position within software solutions sales in IT channel sales or end-user sales.
  • A full driving license and readiness to travel.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Native or fluent Dutch.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach.
  • Effective communication with people at all levels.
  • Natural propensity to adopt a structured approach managing time in the office and on the road.
  • Ability to learn product benefits and solution sales concepts.
  • Problem-solving and capacity to follow through on a task to conclusion.
