Business Development Lead for DFC Oversight

We are seeking an experienced Business Developer to lead our DFC Oversight and Reporting efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and oversight on DFC-related activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of DFC oversight and reporting processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with DFC initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Provide strategic guidance on DFC-related matters, including policy development and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, including AML/CFT and sanctions.

Requirements- Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in DFC oversight and reporting.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and developing effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Knowledge of AML/CFT and sanctions regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance.
