Customer Experience Champion

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Champion to join our team at Shure. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and is eager to work in a dynamic, global organization.
As a Customer Experience Champion, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative assistance, maintaining our CRM system, and participating in sales campaigns. You will also be responsible for identifying potential leads, capturing and entering lead information into our CRM system, and assigning qualified leads to the sales team.
In this role, you will provide timely and accurate information to customers, assist with orders and returns, and handle complaints. You will also gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance our products and services.
You will collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction and generate reports, analyze data, and present findings to management. Additionally, you will stay updated with industry trends, participate in training opportunities, and propose process improvements.
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a customer experience-focused role. You must have excellent communication skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and high accuracy in handling customer information. Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
Please note that the estimated salary for this position is around $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
