- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Prepare and process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance and adherence.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment, with regular interactions with colleagues, managers, and external stakeholders.
