About the Role

The Senior Retail Account Manager will be responsible for leading a strategic and differentiated customer joint business plan, delivering Category and Consumer led initiatives across the total Diageo portfolio to provide win-win-win solutions for Diageo, customer, and shopper.

This role will involve direct management of customer P&L, delivering customer critical metrics and financial targets, and undertaking corrective action if/where needed.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Key Account Management, FMCG environment, and be energized in the pursuit of growth, seeking opportunities where there are challenges, with short and long-term vision, and adding energy to the team.
