About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Zoho Corporation B.V. team as a Customer Support Engineer. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our European customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Zoho's suite of SaaS products to deliver expert support to customers.
  • Assist European customers via phone, chat, and email, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of support documentation.
Requirements
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Dutch Language (both written and verbal).
  • Basic understanding of software programs; prior experience with SaaS products is an advantage.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving product features.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable working in an office environment.
