Als Account Manager bij Royal Lemkes word je deel van een groen en duurzaam bedrijf dat continu vooroploopt in de sierteeltsector. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de relatie en commerciële resultaten van de categorie kamerplanten van jouw klant.

Je taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je ontwikkelt samen met twee andere accountmanagers de salesstrategie voor de klant en de vertaling hiervan naar concrete commerciële doelstellingen en plannen.
  • Je herkent klantbehoeftes en komt met product of service oplossingsrichtingen. Je adviseert de klant en helpt hem proactief zijn KPI's te behalen.
  • Je bent in staat om out-of-the-box te denken en zo nieuwe concepten en omzetmogelijkheden te bedenken. Resultaat gericht werken past jou.
  • Je kunt snel en effectief besluiten nemen die gebaseerd zijn op een gezonde mix tussen 'commercieel buikgevoel' en cijfermatige/analytische onderbouwing.

Wat wij bieden

  • Een salaris tussen de € 3750-€ 5750,- bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur. Omgerekend naar een 4-wekelijkse salarisbetaling € 3461,-€ 5307,-. Inschaling is afhankelijk van je ervaring.

  • Doorgroeimogelijkheden en veel vrijheid in het organiseren van je werk.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding € 0,21 per km.
  • 26 vakantiedagen op fulltime basis (met de mogelijkheid om vakantiedagen bij te kopen).
