Food and Beverage Supervisor

Overview: In the realm of hospitality, our team excels in sourcing top talent, whether it be a skilled machine operator, a proficient software developer, or a seasoned executive.
Currently, we are seeking F&B Managers to enhance our client's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding restaurant personnel
- Creating and managing staff schedules
- Conducting routine evaluations of kitchen standards to ensure hygiene and sanitation compliance
- Supervising food preparation, presentation, and storage to adhere to health and safety regulations
- Engaging with dining patrons to assess food quality and service satisfaction
- Overseeing inventory management to guarantee adequate supply levels
- Monitoring financial transactions and managing cash flow
- Analyzing customer feedback to enhance service quality
- Addressing customer concerns in a professional manner

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or hospitality is a plus

- Strong leadership and management capabilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Outstanding customer service aptitude
