Strategic Workforce Management Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Workforce Management Lead to join our team at Rabobank. As a key member of our Strategic Workforce Management Centre of Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce.
Your primary mission will be to enhance the data-driven nature of our workforce planning processes. You will lead a team that performs in-depth analyses of workforce demand, supply, and subsequent gaps. Your role involves close collaboration with our data chapter, which includes data analysts, scientists, and reporting specialists.
Together, you will set the agenda for strategic workforce management analyses and measurement, and define the necessary data products to meet our strategic workforce planning and organizational design needs. Your insights will support top-down and bank-wide data-driven workforce planning, and you will deliver these insights to strategic workforce management experts, MT HR, and the managing board.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team in performing detailed analyses of workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Work closely with the data chapter and other Co Es/areas to ensure alignment on data products and methodologies.
- Set and drive the agenda for strategic workforce management analyses, and measurement, ensuring that our approaches are innovative and effective.
- Lead data-driven workforce strategy projects within business units, identifying and quantifying demand, supply, subsequent gaps, and required actions.
- Enable top-down bank-wide strategic workforce planning by delivering key workforce insights for decision making.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in workforce planning and analytics. You should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in this field and possess advanced data analysis and statistical knowledge. You should also have knowledge of predictive modeling and machine learning, as well as strong communication and presentation skills.
