About the Role:We are looking for a sales professional who can help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Stryker's world-class medical devices. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing business plans, implementing strategies in the sales process, and conducting negotiations with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Familiarize yourself with our product portfolio and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and execute business plans, implement strategies in the sales process, and conduct negotiations.
- Advise and train medical and surgical professionals on the use of our products during demonstrations.
- Prepare orders for interested customers and provide reliable support to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Participate in congresses and business meetings to find new customers and expand your knowledge for customer contact.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in medical devices or related industries.
- Diploma/degree in related fields such as physiotherapy, healthcare, business administration, medical devices, or technical career.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Dutch and English.
