About this role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Placement Support Officer to join our team at Werkenbijhogescholen. As a Placement Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our students by providing administrative support for their work placements.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage work placements for students, including ensuring all necessary documents are in order and that students have a smooth experience.
- Provide administrative support for the placement process, including processing contracts, forms, and other paperwork.
- Communicate with students, lecturers, and placement companies to ensure a seamless experience.
- Manage the CRM system to track and process all placement-related administration.
- Assist with account management, including maintaining relationships with companies and expanding our network.
- Host information sessions for students and help organize industry days and other placement-related events.
What we offer
- A competitive salary of €2,490.00 - €3,408.78 per month (gross), based on full-time employment.
- A one-year employment contract with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite contract.
- Full reimbursement of commuting expenses when using public transport.
- Compensation for health insurance.
- An end-of-year bonus of 8.3% and an 8% holiday allowance in May.
- Professional development hours and almost eleven weeks of holiday entitlements in a full-time position.

- MBO 4 level of professional and intellectual ability.
