Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and enhance the customer service experience for wholesale clients
- Lead a team of customer service representatives to provide exceptional service to clients
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer service initiatives
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- College degree (preferably University)
- Previous experience in B2B Wholesale Operations Support in a leadership position
- Leadership skills and empathy
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, self-starter environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of the English language on a proficient level
