Responsibilities
  • As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the operational execution of dredging and marine projects, working closely with the project team and crew on board our vessels.
  • You will follow up on the works on a daily basis and optimize the performance of our vessels, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • You will report to the project manager on a daily basis, providing updates on project progress and any issues that may arise.
  • You will work with the captains to ensure the operational logistics support for the vessels, ensuring that all necessary resources are available to complete the project.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed in accordance with the company's quality, safety, and environmental policies.
Requirements
  • You will have a degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering, preferably in construction or electro-mechanics.
  • You will have a keen interest in marine and hydraulic engineering, and/or experience in civil construction works.
  • You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to express yourself fluently in English. Spanish is a plus.
  • You will be willing to travel on rotation, but also flexible to work from our HQ when necessary.
