Job Description

As a Front Office Agent, your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a smooth check-in/out process for all guests in line with brand standards, and maintaining accurate guest records. You will also be responsible for carrying out, reviewing, and updating reception procedures, as per hotel policy, and complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.

In addition, you will handle complaints in a professional manner, working in a dynamic environment where every day is unique. This role requires being a warm and helpful communicator and guest-oriented, with strong knowledge of MS Office and Opera systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess affinity with the hotel industry and experience in hospitality, which is a plus. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Dutch is preferred. You will also need to have a passion for great service, a natural collaborator, and thrive on responsibility.

Salary and Perks

The estimated salary for this position is €30,000 - €40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including travel expenses, pension, and attractive employee rates.
