About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. Your role will be to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from the first contact until you close the deal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present our company to potential clients and showcase the value of our XDR platform.
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails to qualify leads and identify new business opportunities.
  • Identify client needs and business structure to customize product solutions and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients and proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives.
  • Report to the Business Development Manager on sales results and stay up-to-date with new products features and new pricing/payment/specials.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German and English is required.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
