About the Role

TenneT is seeking a skilled Project Buyer Offshore Maintenance to join our Supply Chain Management team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic buyers and contributing to the success of our Grid Field Operations Offshore team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing activities in the area of operation and maintenance of offshore grid connection systems, including the execution of (Europe-wide) tendering procedures.
  • Maintaining and developing market knowledge to identify trends and developments both internally and externally.
  • Conducting active stakeholder management to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and suppliers.
  • Ensuring that agreements are laid down in (framework) contracts and implementing and maintaining the agreements with relevant colleagues.
Requirements
  • A (HBO/University) degree in economics or business administration or a comparable field of study.
  • Practical experience in all procurement activities, including EU Tender law.
  • Result and customer-oriented, with analytical skills and the power of persuasion.
  • Initiative, open-mindedness, and a willingness to work in a team.
  • Subject-matter expertise in procurement packages in the field of engineering, environmental management, contract forms, and innovation.
