About the Role

TenneT is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Buyer 2GW to join our team in Arnhem. As a key member of our Supply Chain Management unit, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Large Project Offshore team in the procurement of goods and services for our 2GW offshore wind farm projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct sourcing activities within the 2GW offshore program, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Manage price and index elements for all projects with one 2GW partner/consortium in portfolio and project contracts.
  • Execute supplier performance management for one partner/consortium and manage sub-supplier governance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring their interests are aligned with those of the project.
  • Support colleagues in developing best practices and standardized processes.
  • Define standardized processes and setups, including call-off processes.
  • Conduct active stakeholder management, ensuring the interests of the project are served in a proper manner.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in procurement and supply chain management. You will have a degree in economics or business administration and extensive experience in procurement activities, including EU Tender law. You will be result-oriented, customer-focused, and have excellent analytical and communication skills.
