Job Title: Digital Marketplace Manager

Adidas is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketplace Manager to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our Digital Partner Commerce (DPC) team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our online marketplace business strategy across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive online marketplace strategy to drive business growth and maximize consumer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketplace initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including marketplaces, service providers, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain digital wholesale policies and contractual agreements to ensure growth of our online business.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in digital/eCommerce, business development, operations, logistics, or finance.
  • Experience working with eMarketplaces preferred.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required; at least one other European language would be beneficial.
