JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS is a leading coffee and tea company that values innovation and sustainability. We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain E-commerce Professional to join our team.
Job Summary
The Supply Chain E-commerce Professional will be responsible for enhancing the understanding of the role that Supply Chain plays in an international e-commerce environment. This includes developing communication skills in a complex matrix organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly basis using operational performance dashboards
- Overseeing order flow from A to Z, including payments, open orders, stock allocation, on-time dispatch, and returns
- Day-to-day escalation management of Consumer care, including close contact with supervisors and identifying and reporting risks when needed

Requirements
- Academic Program: Enrolled in a BSc or MSc program for the entirety of the internship, preferably in Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Skillset: Strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English
- Personal traits: Structured approach, driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently
- Commitment: Ready to dedicate at least 6 months to this internship, preferably from the 2nd of September to February
- Availability: Able to join the internship for 5 days per week, including three days in-office and one or two days remotely
Eligibility Criteria
- Internship should be included in your study curriculum and directly contribute to your academic results
- Education institution is willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS and when joining our Research departments, also sign an NDA agreement for internships
- Either an EU(EEA) student residing in the Netherlands during the internship or a Non-EU(EEA) student enrolled and living in the Netherlands during the internship
