Business Technology Architect

TenneT is seeking a seasoned domain or enterprise architect to join our Business Technology Organization (BTO) in Arnhem. As a key member of our Enterprise Architecture team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of our support functions architecture standards and overall architecture landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish principles, governance, and guidance for maturing our support functions capability, with a focus on standardization and modularization;
- Lead the support functions architecture board and support functions architecture guild;
- Monitor implementation of key support functions related projects and ensure proper escalation and reporting;
- Develop the target architecture and roadmap together with business;
- Set expectations for quality, consistency, and delivery;
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a similar function, preferably with business understanding;
- Strong experience in leadership roles, focusing on architectural solutions for strategic importance;
- Strong experience with large software suites in support systems;
- Capable of functionally guiding IT architects;
- Relevant certifications such as TOGAF and ArchiMate are preferred;
