About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Commercial Systems team at IDEXX. As a key member of our global team, you will play a critical role in implementing impactful solutions and providing exceptional support to our EMEA user base.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with global stakeholders and IT to define user requirements and identify opportunities to improve user experience and business processes.
- Lead the business analysis of in-flight initiatives and support cross-functional projects.
- Provide tier 1 support, maintain documentation, and provide training to users.
- Collaborate with the WLO Commercial Systems Organization to implement enhancements and expand existing solutions to other locations around the world.
Requirements
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical resources.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to match user requirements to software solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize several projects simultaneously.
- Agile and able to work well in environments where objectives and priorities are reviewed and assessed regularly.
- Salesforce Admin Certifications and completed Salesforce Trailheads are a plus.
