About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Analyst to join our team at Hitachi Construction Machinery. As a Demand Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying, setting up, and reviewing strategic insights coming from Forecast and Market Demand Establish. You will develop and maintain relationships with key partners to align them with our company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire insights from operational departments and market research to identify factors and root causes that will generate actions to meet our targets.
- Gather qualitative intelligence insights and translate them into understandable information for strategic decision-making.
- Analyze quantitative information and visualize it into business analytics reports.
- Act as a communication hub between sales and production to resolve daily operational issues and develop accurate plans.
- Improve and control over monthly budgets to create a better insight into supply and demand ratios and affect strategic actions.
- Help identify and review KPIs with the Sales and Marketing Team to identify possible countermeasures as key drivers for sales.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in demand or data analysis in a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and very good knowledge of SAP.
- Data-driven personality and analytics enthusiast.
- Outstanding time management skills and ability to work under time pressure.
