About the Role
Fugro Netherlands Marine is a leading geotechnical service company that provides technical advice for marine project development. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of projects, ensuring efficient and effective execution of agreed work in the field of offshore geophysical and geotechnical projects.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organise and coordinate to achieve optimal balance between cost, time, quality, benefit and risk in marine geotechnical and geophysical projects;
- Monitor project budgets, schedules and performance against KPIs;
- Supervise/guide project teams, promote a Team Fugro culture and support the development of a positive safety culture;
- Develop project documentation, including project execution plans and setup project management controls;
- Communicate with clients, internal partners, sub-contractors and support the tendering process;
- Develop specialist and project management skills through external and internal courses.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a Master or Bachelor degree in an industry-associated discipline and experience in project management, preferably in marine geotechnical or geophysical related projects. You should have excellent planning skills, enjoy working in a high-pressure environment, and be proactive and determined to efficiently deliver results on our projects.
