Innovation Project Coordinator

Fugro is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Innovation Project Assistant to join our ambitious innovation team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of high-end technology to make our operation even more efficient and sustainable.
As an Innovation Project Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to multiple teams, including project administration, registering for subsidies, facilitating the onboarding of new colleagues, and purchasing. You will work closely with five innovation managers to ensure they can focus on developing new hardware and software.
We offer a competitive salary, 29 holidays per year, and the possibility to purchase additional days. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to multiple teams
- Register for subsidies and facilitate the onboarding of new colleagues
- Purchase and manage supplies
- Work closely with innovation managers to ensure project success
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English
- Service-minded and proactive
- Passion for learning and attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- IT system experience is an advantage
