About this role

As Cyber Security and Privacy Leader at IKEA, you will drive the vision and strategy for Cyber Security and Privacy across our business function. Your goal will be to attain and enable business objectives while ensuring legal compliance.

Key responsibilities include taking accountability for influencing Ingka leaders and teams to implement CS&P effectively and developing the vision and strategy for CS&P for a business function.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Good knowledge and experience of Cybersecurity domains, their design, and implementation
  • A strong knowledge of leadership and strategic management
  • Good knowledge of enterprise risk management
  • Passion for emerging cyber security threats and their possible impacts on the business environment
  • Motivation for working independently and interdependently in the cyber security network and across functions
  • Strong people skills with a desire to drive a human-centric approach
  • Proven experience across the Cyber Security field in one or more of the domains of security, privacy, and compliance in a large corporate environment for at least 8 years
  • Good knowledge of enterprise level security incident response procedures
  • Good knowledge of software development processes, software security tooling, and secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) practices
  • Keeping up to date with new emerging technologies and their impact
