Job Title: Corporate Affairs Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Affairs Manager to join our Global Corporate Affairs Unit at Barilla Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing corporate affairs for international Group legal entities, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise corporate processes and manage international affairs for Group legal entities.
  • Provide legal advice and interpretations to ensure corporate governance is correctly implemented.
  • Handle relations with external lawyers, consultants, and other external bodies.
  • Ensure corporate affairs policies compliance and oversee relevant documentation.
  • Support the Head of the Unit in managing Barilla B.V. International corporate affairs.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding legal corporate matters.
  • Revise, update, and monitor delegation of powers in line with organizational structure and law requirements.
  • Manage communication of decisions and follow-up actions towards internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide legal regulations' interpretations and ensure corporate compliance processes are carried out in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Law.
  • 5+ years' international experience in corporate law department (in-house and/or firm).
  • Solid international mindset, intercultural understanding, and sensitiveness.
  • Knowledge of corporate contracts, secretarial, and compliance activities.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven stakeholder management ability and great attitude to deal with complexity and strict timelines/deadlines.
  • Reliability and proactivity.
  • Excellent command of English, both oral and written.
