Job Description:
- Oversee all accounting functions for a portfolio of property assets
- Prepare and review financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies, procedures, and controls
- Conduct regular audits to guarantee financial accuracy
- Collaborate with property management and leasing teams to ensure accurate invoicing
- Prepare and submit tax returns for each property
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and transactions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in property accounting or real estate finance
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and MS Office
- Knowledge of accounting laws and procedures
