Job Description

As an Application Sales Engineer for the Food and Beverage industry, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new opportunities in the market. Your primary goal will be to identify and capitalize on sales chances, matching them with the best-fitting gas, application, or technology offered by Linde.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and market development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide technical and commercial expertise to customers, translating their requirements into Linde-based solutions
  • Correlate technical and commercial matters to formulate the best-fit offer for customers
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure successful project start-ups at customer sites
  • Own the process from business development to order, aligning internal and external stakeholders as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and experience in the B2B food and beverage market
  • Strong technical and commercial skills, with excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multinational organization
  • Strong mindset to drive business growth, develop the market, and own targets
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with French not required but desired
  • IT literacy and good technical skills to deliver performance and drive digital transformation
