Job Title: Business Development Manager Europe

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Commercial Team in Amsterdam. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in growing market demand for our innovative PEF material in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new partnerships with brand owners in the FMCG industry, focusing on food & beverage, apparel, and cosmetics segments.
  • Translate customer needs into attractive value propositions and develop business cases with offtake partners.
  • Put commercial contracts in place, including goal setting, milestones, timing, resources, and legal context.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Commercial, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in working with customers in a commercial role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, PowerPoint skills, Excel skills, and LinkedIn as a sales tool.
  • Experience in circular concepts, recycling, and branding is advantageous.
