  • We are a leading supplier of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), providing voice, data, and mobile products and services to the UK, German, Spanish, and Benelux business markets.
  • We are expanding our UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.

Who We're Looking For

  • We are currently seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to join our growing team at Gamma. As part of our team, you will support the evaluation, design, deployment, and management of security tooling and processes across the Gamma Group, offering security subject matter expertise.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Implement a range of security tooling to protect our organisation's products, applications, systems, and networks effectively.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date security standards and procedures.
  • Work closely with technology, engineering, and IT teams to identify and resolve security issues.
  • Ensure the most up-to-date technical security practices are used, taking into consideration our wide technology stack.
  • Act as an escalation point during security incidents and drive investigative and remediation actions.
  • Be Gamma's subject matter expert regarding security controls and tools.
  • Manage security relationships with Operational, Architecture, Development, Engineering, and Design teams, influencing output wherever necessary.
  • Support customer bid teams by sharing knowledge of Gamma security controls.
  • Support the Chief Architect with relevant industry body relationship management.
  • Participate actively in the wider security industry, nurturing relationships to share learning and best practice.

  • You are exposed to a wide range of security technologies, including Windows, Linux, and Cloud.
  • You can assist in the delivery of technical security controls into an organisation.
  • You possess influencing and relationship-building skills with various stakeholders.
  • You are detail-focused and proactive in self-development.
  • You can work within a scoped and bounded project.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This is a remote role that can be executed from the UK, Germany, Spain, or the Netherlands.

The estimated salary for this position is around £80,000-£100,000 per annum.
