Michael Kors is a leading luxury fashion brand seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:

  • College degree (HBO or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in B2B Customer Service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of English and any additional main European language (Italian)
