About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled Data Architect to join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge data solutions on Azure. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand clients' business strategies and requirements, and translate them into effective data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement optimal data architectures on Azure, leveraging services such as Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Purview.
- Develop and manage client roadmaps, integrating intelligent processes into existing business processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to guide solution development and ensure alignment with clients' goals.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Azure architecture, with a strong focus on data engineering.
- Expertise in selecting the right architectures to optimize customer data using AI, Data Azure, and DevOps.
- Proficiency in Azure services for Data & AI, including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Purview.
- Knowledge of (relational) databases, data modeling, reporting, data and delta lakes, metadata, and ETLs.
- Strong team collaboration skills and experience working with remote teams.
