About the Role:
As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for increasing uptake of innovative sutures, focusing on orthopaedic procedures including hip and knee joint replacement surgeries. You will work with surgeons and theatre teams to understand the benefits of adopting new technology versus current practices.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person product demonstrations and support suture trials within target hospital accounts.
- Contribute to activities ensuring hospital-wide success, including sharing customer insights, administrative tender processes, inventory management, and troubleshooting.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in the operating theatre environment.
Requirements:
- Must have experience working in the operating theatre environment in a similar product sales or clinical support role in the Netherlands.
- Prior orthopaedic procedure knowledge and working relationships are beneficial.
- Should have a good understanding of the local healthcare market.
- Outstanding communication and engagement skills, with a persistent, target-focused, self-motivated approach.
- Nursing qualification or University degree (or equivalent) in healthcare, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Eligible to work in this country full-time.
- Fluency in local language and English is essential.
- Full EU driving license holder with willingness to travel nationally as required.

Salary and Benefits:
