Role Overview:
In this role, you will oversee both regional and international projects, as well as cross-functional project teams throughout the Late Development, Commercialization, Launch, and Post-Launch Phases, ensuring that objectives related to Project Schedule, Cost, Capital, Quality, and Customer Service are successfully achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
You will manage multiple concurrent projects with varying supply chain complexities, which may involve several key manufacturing sites and diverse technologies:
- Define and manage project scope
- Create and oversee a comprehensive project schedule to meet launch commitments across all specified countries
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Engage relevant cross-functional Subject Matter Experts to fulfill essential sub-processes and milestones, focusing on Cost of Sales, Capital, Quality, and Customer Service metrics, including First Arrival dates and Case Fill Rates
- Monitor project progress against deliverables and milestones, prepare status reports, and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain thorough Project Documentation (including Master Data in PWA, MS Project Timelines, StageGate Documents, Risk Registers, Issue Logs, OneNote, Close Out Reports, etc.)
- Implement a communication strategy for both internal and external stakeholders (including Team Members, Sponsors, and Executives)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field
- Proven project management experience, ideally in manufacturing or related areas (approximately 3-4 years)
- Familiarity with new product launches, contract manufacturing, and financial analysis related to operations is preferred
- Project Management (PMI) or Supply Chain (APICS) certification is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Project or similar project management software to manage timelines
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
Required Skills:
- Ability to interface, lead, and cultivate relationships across various levels and functions within and outside the organization
- High initiative and exceptional problem-solving capabilities
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
