We are looking for a skilled ICT support specialist to join our team at Hands on ICT. As an ICT support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring that their ICT systems are running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and ticket system
- Analyze and resolve technical issues and problems
- Escalate complex issues to the second line support or other relevant departments
- Keep documentation and knowledge base articles up to date
- Monitor systems and report potential problems
- Ensure customer satisfaction through friendly and professional behavior
- MBO level 4 education in ICT, preferably in service management
- Experience in a support environment, preferably in environments using MS Windows 10, Exchange, O365, and Azure
- Practical experience in setting up ICT management processes (ITIL)
- Certifications in recent Microsoft technologies (MCSA) are a plus
- Good problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude
We offer a competitive salary between € 2,600,- and € 3,200,-, based on knowledge and experience. You will also receive a laptop and phone subscription, a bike plan, 27.5 vacation days, flexible working hours, and a paid WGA-gat extended insurance.
