Job DescriptionWe're a dynamic hostel with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every room is spotless and ready for guests to check-in on time. You'll also oversee the cleaning schedules, manage inventory, and lead by example to motivate your team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. You'll be part of a close-knit team that's passionate about delivering outstanding service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the cleaning schedules to ensure all rooms are clean and ready for guests
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hostel
- Lead by example, motivating and supporting your team to deliver exceptional results
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum 1-year experience in a similar supervisory or leadership position
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with cleaning protocols and procedures
