GLOBAL LIFESTYLE FRAGRANCE SENIOR MANAGER

Location: Amsterdam

At Coty, we are seeking a skilled Senior Manager for Lifestyle Fragrances to spearhead our strategic initiatives for the future. You will be an integral part of the Consumer Beauty Division and collaborate with the Global Brand Team. The European portfolio encompasses licensed brands including Bruno Banani, David Beckham, and Mexx.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Senior Manager for Lifestyle Fragrances, your role will involve:

  • Developing and executing brand strategies, overseeing new product innovation, and crafting comprehensive communication plans across various channels.
  • Driving growth strategies that encompass market coverage, brand prioritization, pricing strategies, packaging solutions, profitability targets, and channel distribution.
  • Leading product innovation: Design, develop, and validate scalable initiatives to enhance the value of the licensed brand portfolio.
  • Creating integrated communication strategies and playbooks to bolster brand presence, focusing on digital, social media, and e-commerce initiatives.
  • Ensuring commercial readiness by delivering timely integrated communication plans that effectively support brand initiatives.
  • Analyzing brand performance, market trends, and competitive dynamics to refine strategies and uncover new opportunities.
  • Managing relationships with multiple brand licensors to ensure alignment and progress on strategic priorities.
  • Overseeing budget management and taking ownership of the P&L for your projects.

In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Lifestyle Fragrances and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Consumer Insights, R&D, Commercial Planning, Procurement, and local markets.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You should have a passion for fragrances and beauty in global markets, possess strong commercial acumen, excel in building relationships across various teams and markets, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and diverse international setting.

Additionally, you should have:

  • Over 5 years of experience in brand management, product development, or campaign management within the beauty sector, with a focus on fragrance.
  • Relevant experience in a global organization or exposure to multicultural environments.
  • Proven expertise in product development and collaboration with R&D, supply chain, and Consumer Insights teams.
  • Experience in equity strategy and campaign management.
  • Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, independence, proactivity, and ownership, balancing big-picture objectives with attention to detail.
  • A strong eye for design and a creative flair.
  • A deep passion for beauty and the ability to build fragrance brands grounded in consumer insights.
