Job Title: Global Lifestyle Fragrance Senior Manager

Coty is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Global Lifestyle Fragrance Senior Manager role. As a key member of our Consumer Beauty Division, you will be responsible for driving our ambitions plans for 2025 and beyond.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute brand strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Lead new product development, creative, and communication development, as well as omni-channel campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development agenda and secure priority and focus for the brands.
  • Monitor and evaluate brand and portfolio performance, trends, and competitive landscape to strengthen strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Oversee daily relationship with multiple brand licensors to ensure project progression and alignment of strategic priorities.
  • Manage budget and ownership of P&L for projects.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, product development, or campaign development in the Beauty industry, with majority in fragrance marketing and development.
  • Previous relevant experience working for a global organization or exposure to multi-cultural environments.
  • Must have experience in product development and working with R&D, supply chain, and Consumer Insights team.
  • Must have experience in equity strategy and campaign development.
  • Demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, independence, proactiveness, and ownership, embracing both big picture objectives and follow-through on details.
  • Strong eye for design and creative flair.
  • Passionate about beauty and building scenting brands based on consumer insights.
