Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Specialist III to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. This role will be responsible for driving process excellence and operational improvement across our EMEA sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement practical process improvement programs to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
  • Measure and report key performance indicators to track progress and drive results.
  • Work closely with Finance to build operational budgets and calculate financial impacts of improvement initiatives.
  • Deploy process improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Manage, coach, and develop leaders to embrace process improvement concepts and techniques.
  • Establish training systems to develop site leaders and ensure process improvement knowledge is shared across the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or science preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a continuous improvement related capacity with exposure to lean principles and techniques.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Effective written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive functional, technical, and operational excellence.
  • Ability to inspire and foster innovation, collaboration, transparency, and team effectiveness.
