We are seeking a highly skilled Global Insights Manager to join our Health & Nutrition team at Corbion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights that drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the food and biochemical industries.
- Analyze data from various sources, including surveys, secondary research, and customer intelligence, to inform business strategy and resource allocation.
- Develop and present comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards summarizing key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, business development, R&D, marketing, and sales, to integrate market insights into the strategic planning process.
- Present primary research findings at industry trade shows and association events, and provide insights to strategic customers.
- 6+ years of experience in market research, with a proven track record of strategic thinking in the food or biochemical industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B market research in the medical, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and/or nutritional ingredients industry is a plus.
- Strong storytelling skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional matrix organization.
- Fluent in a wide range of secondary data sources, including Nielsen, IRI, Euromonitor, Innova, Mintel, and Global Data.
- Creative, independent thinker with exceptional organizational skills and the agility to manage multiple initiatives and changing priorities.
- High proficiency in MS Office programs, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Power BI.
- Ability to interact with and influence all levels of the global organization, including senior executives.
