Senior Mechanical Engineering R&D Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Mechanical Engineering R&D Manager to lead our Mechanical Engineering R&D department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of innovative products and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of 15-20 engineers in the Mechanical Engineering R&D department, ensuring projects are executed seamlessly and timelines are met with precision.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with diverse teams to identify project requirements and effectively implement creative solutions.
- Product Development: Take charge of driving the development of innovative products, drawing upon your established skills and proficiency in mechanical engineering.
- Results-Oriented: Compete in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality results and contribute to the company's ambitious growth targets.
- Mentorship and Guidance: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Industry Partnerships: Connect with industrial partners, knowledge centers, and universities on the development of new concepts or modules to support our product roadmap.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with experience in design principles of mechanical system development.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Track Record: Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex mechanical engineering projects.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
