About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Care Officer to join our team at Efficy. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Analyze and resolve functional issues with our Tribe CRM application.
  • Monitor and meet performance targets for customer support.
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge databases and troubleshooting guides.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our CRM application and internal procedures.
  • Manage and draft standard texts and instruction documents to enhance customer care processes.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong customer-centric mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Dutch and English is a must, and experience in customer-facing interactions is highly desirable.
