We are now seeking to appoint an individual into the Customer Service Specialist role that is able to support the team, customers, partners and students in facilitating and co-ordinating the services we provide.
Whilst this role may will include remote working, it's important the the successful candidate is able to operate from the Amsterdam office in Schiphol-Rijk as and when required.
The Core responsibilities are:
Key competencies:
High school diploma or degree At least 5 years of experience in administrating and delivering educational & training services Good knowledge of the sale & financial transaction processesThe following qualifications are required:
Ability to complete training cycles (plan, create, coordinate, assign resources, and communicate). Good working knowledge of training methods & educational services. Excellent communication, customer services, planning and organizations skills. Excellent level of attention to detail, able to prioritize effectively and work quickly and accurately. Good working knowledge and experience of owning Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook), Salesforce, and Procurement Tools. Experience with virtual meeting platforms like Teams and Zoom. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
