Your work as Marketing & Communication Account Manager
With your efforts as account manager, you will achieve optimal cooperation between the Marketing, Communication, Community & Internationalization (DMCCI) department and some of our full-time HZ programs. You coordinate activities, think about recruitment issues at tactical and operational level and contribute creative ideas. Ideas that you test against data from dashboards, so you can be sure that your advice is rock-solid.

A day in this position:

Your day starts with a team meeting where you and your colleagues go over the week and give updates on your work. You then work on a plan to present certain full-time study programmes even better to visitors at the next Open Day.
After the lunch break, a meeting is scheduled with the account managers of the other domains, during which you will give them an update on the issues that are going on in "your" study programmes, in order to find solutions together. You also take joint steps in organizing information sessions at secondary schools.
The rest of the afternoon you will work on marketing and communication around the upcoming HZ Taster days (Meeloopdagen). Among other things, you will create a landing page and corresponding emails where all information can be found and students can register.
At the end of your working day, you review and analyse the inflow rates. You look at where you see opportunities that need to be seized up on.

Implement and coordinate marketing campaigns to recruit students; Responding to opportunities to further assist college students in making the right study choice; Write and format recruiting content for events, among other things; Participate in project teams around marketing and communication activities. The Marketing & Recruitment team is part of the DMCCI department and consists of a variety of colleagues. You will work together to achieve your goals. Besides the fact that the team is driven and well attuned to each other, there is also a lot of fun.

A relevant bachelor's degree, for example Communication or Commercial Economics; 2-4 years of relevant work experience; A creative mind; Knowledge of the latest trends within the marketing field.
